The Loving Relationships Training (LRT) is an educational and experiential resource dedicated to teaching and supporting high-quality relationships in all areas of human interaction. Once you take charge of your relationship with yourself, all your relationships are lifted.

Once a year we offer The 9 Month Rebirthing Breathwork Training and Personal Growth Program at The Philadelphia Rebirthing Center.
It is one of our most loved and celebrated programs for many reasons. Learning the power of Conscious Connected Breathing is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself, and teaching it to others as a Breathworker is one of the greatest gifts you can offer to another.
