The 9 Month Rebirthing Program

At the Philadelphia Rebirthing Center.

Once a year we offer The 9 Month Rebirthing Breathwork Training and Personal Growth Program at The Philadelphia Rebirthing Center.
It is one of our most loved and celebrated programs for many reasons. Learning the power of Conscious Connected Breathing is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself, and teaching it to others as a Breathworker is one of the greatest gifts you can offer to another.

In this program you learn to be present with others as a Rebirther / Breath Coach and provide a space of safety, education and active presence while discovering what Conscious Connected Breathing can offer.

One of the main parts of the 9 Month Program is going through your own self discovery process. The more you clear your history and open to the natural aliveness, joy, clarity and compassion within you, the more available you are for others to do the same.

This is an experiential and educational program which will include written and one on one processes, visualizations, personal sharing, meditations and regular partnered breathwork exchanges. The program is taught by Tony and Maureen Malone -Lo Mastro and skilled and educated Guest Teachers. The program will include:

  • Group and paired breathwork sessions

  • Written and one on one processes

  • Uncovering the beliefs of the subconscious mind and discovering how they reflect what's occurring in your life and solutions for change

  • Emotional healing and clearing family patterns

  • Monthly partnered breathwork exchanges with participants in the program

  • Unraveling Birth trauma and its effects on your life

  • Tools to create change including working with forgiveness processes and positive psychology

  • Trauma informed exercises and education

  • Creating your Rebirthing-Breathwork (Conscious Connected Breathing) practice

  • The Loving Relationships Training ™

  • Different styles of Breathwork

  • Ethics and Professionalism
