We are honored to invite you to join Julia and Char at The Philadelphia Rebirthing Center for a day of somatic learning and exploration! We will discuss the Circle Model, a nonhierarchical understanding of our body's stress responses through a critical power lens. We explore accessing more choice and freedom in our stress responses. Then, using myofascial release principles, we practice freeing fascia's patterns of stuckness. We'll build friendly familiarity with our fascia. After lunch, we practice the body's natural ability to tremor - to increase embodied freedom! Our time on the therapeutic tremor includes a demonstration, several practice opportunities and 1:1 support as you try the tool out for yourself. This is the Resilience Toolkit (not TRE) version of the therapeutic tremor, which is a short practice intended for reset.
